Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used skincare, makeup, or personal care products

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Return Process

To start a return, contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will send instructions for returning the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Order Cancellation Policy

At our store, we work quickly to process and ship orders so customers can receive their products as soon as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this time, the order may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.

After Order Processing

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, customers must wait for the item to be delivered and follow our 7-day Return Policy if they wish to return the product.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the order.

Refused Deliveries

If a customer refuses delivery or fails to receive the package, any return shipping or handling fees may be deducted from the refund.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue.
